(More customer reviews)This is the second Wolfgang Puck immersion blender that I've bought. The first was a gift, and after I got it, I didn't want to give it away. I've used the whisk for egg whites and whipped cream, and it's great if you want to serve fresh whipped cream somewhere else; it's small enough to toss in a bag and take with you. The blender rod is great for soups, apple sauce, and gravy, and the mayonnaise recipe that comes with it is fantastic. I love using the processor to chop nuts. The only attachment I haven't used yet is the deep blender.
The 5 speeds are great. 1 is nice and light, and 5 is very powerful, and on top of all that, there is a turbo button.
Good product. My mom has had hers for years with no problems.
