(More customer reviews)I basically bought this pot because it has the two basket inserts: one for steaming vegetables, and one for boiling other items.
It does exactly what I want to do. I dice up some rutabagas, turnips, and carrots, steam them for a while, and then mash them into a lovely side dish. Spaghetti is likewise more easily removed and drained.
Don't remember life without it.
