You need more water in the pan, as the eggs sit in the holders upright and consequently 'taller', so you need more water to make sure the eggs are covered, so you have to watch more carefully to make sure the water doesn't boil over. The poached eggs were disasterous - they leaked out of the holder and through the holes and I just ended up with half the egg in the holder, and the rest all stringy and floating around in the water. Not a good product - you're basically paying for the timer, as that's the only good thing about this product!
