I had read all the roaster reviews so I was prepared for the burn off only instead of the 5 or 7 hours required by the nesco roaster my smell was gone in less than an hour. And what an easy way to cook a turkey. Came out nice and brown and very moist. YUM. Now I am looking for a smaller one for cooking a ham or roast when
