(More customer reviews)this oven is by no means like the nuwave piece of junk. the morningstar oven is by far the fastest and easiest oven to use. the only problem i have seen is the start switch doesn't work until you spend alot of time trying to clear the coating of waterproofing on the circuit board.this is done by working the switch back and forth until you get a contact. this can take hours. the company knows about this problem because they emailed me about it amd told me how to correct it. i bought two of these ovens this year and both of them had the same problem. on a different note, i bought 3 nuwave ovens in 2009 for christmas gifts and none of them could cook anything in less time than my regular stove could cook in half the time.
