(More customer reviews)Poorly designed, cheaply constructed. In spite of its sturdy appearance the weight of the towels pulled the arms down until the arm assembly broke off from the hinge. Cheap pot metal could not hold the weight. The arms should have been connected to the top of the hinge, not the bottom.
