(More customer reviews)I'll keep it brief. The wide base makes it much more stable than some roasters. The beer can holder can of course be used for anything wet or dry to flavor your chicken. The vented base is big enough to hold a lot of whatever you decide to put in it. And last, it's pretty sturdy. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I wish the metal were just a little heavie gauge.
