(More customer reviews)Not the best fryer I have owned and not the worst either. We bought this as an upgrade to our older unit. It comes with 3 baskets which is very nice, heats up in a reasonable amount of time. Problem is in recovery time. Once you put something in the oil, eg fries, the oil temp drops like a rock and takes forever to come back up. The oil temp drops about 75 degs. immediately. Temp probe was off by 50 deg.
It does what it is supposed to just not very well. I recommend spending a few more $$$ on a better unit. If you have your heart set on this 1, buy the unit without the digital controls. The way they are setup is poor in design and renders the timer useless.
