(More customer reviews)This cooker is super efficient, so I don't let things cook as long as recipe books advise. It's pretty easy to use and probably indestructible... it is solid, and heavy. I use it to make rice (with a flame tamer), and I also make beans frequently. If you're looking for a highly efficient pressure cooker, try this one.
